Our Story

EMHO is a Personal, Diverse, Multicultural and Simplistic "1" Stop Wellbeing Organisation. Our Mission is to increase the awareness, education & service support of Mental Health in both our Corporate & Public Communities.

Our Founder, David Scarfe, was first diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in 2003, of which today he manages with various strategies and techniques. You can find out more by reading his bio under the "Meet the Team" section.

In June 2018 he decided to set up EMHO because of his real life experiences of seeing others suffer to the point of suicide and his passion for Mental Health.

This made him take a big step in wanting to become a Mental Health Entrepreneur, to support and give to others, what is not always readily available today. He has over 20 years experience in Service Delivery Management, with strong People Empowerment, Engagement & Management skills. This is a perfect fit into working with people in Mental Health.

He is also studying his BA (Hons) Degree in Criminology & Psychology and is an Ambassador for one of the UK's largest Mental Health Research Charities, MQ: Transforming mental health through research. He is a Student Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).

All encompassed within one Organisation, EMHO provides a wide ranges of information, support and services to everyone, supported by both our Associates and Consulting Practitioners. When you are in times of need, you just want to go to one place to find the support and information you need. EMHO will give you just that, so you are not being signposted from one site to another.
