Take your money £114.00 and not sort out when there is a problem nasty hairstylist Ally

Dont have blonde foils at this shop with hairstylist Ally, cost me £114.00 for my daughter to have her hair done, front turned ginger, went into salon for Ally to have a look at it, bad attitude denied it was her fault, said it was foundation staining,wouldnt rectify it and was very nasty about it, a complete waste of our time the 40 minutes we were left standing around waiting to be seen, my daughter is at school and is not allowed to wear makeup and only uses a little at weekend so how her foundation as turned her hair ginger is beyond me. Her attitude was so bad that my daughter burst into tears when she left the shop. Spoke to the Manager Alex the next day and he said Ally said she had said to us she would put a toner on it, DID NOT HAPPEN. Said it was also foundation staining obviously sticking up for his staff rather than giving the customer what they have paid for. So anyone with blonde hair will get ginger hair if they wear foundation dont make me laugh. Go somewhere else.
