The agency supplies qualified nurses and experienced carers to nursing and care homes, community and private hospitals throughout the North West. NYS ensures that all staff are fully vetted through enhanced C.R.B checks and detailed employment history is obtained from them. As required by the CQC Regulations and Standards
We regularly monitor our service and staff provision through phone calls, client visits and collecting feedback to ensure the service provided is of a high quality and standard. As the owner and qualified nurse with experience in intensive care. as a charge nurse for over 3 years and a CQC registered manager for nursing agency for over 8 years, I understand the need for experience, reliable and caring team. By personally interviewing and recruiting staff I endeavour to meet my client's needs.
