About us
Regent Bond Legal is a specialist recruitment company concentrating on civil litigation sectors in the north-west.
We were formed in 2014 in response to identifying emerging needs within the legal and recruitment markets.
At a time when law firms are amending their business plans and tracking their budgets carefully following the introduction of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012, it is now more vital than ever for law firms to keep a tight grip of their finances whilst still attracting the best legal personnel.
For this reason Regent Bond Legal developed a unique fee structure in response to the needs of those firms which is also beneficial for candidates, as it encourages greater salary negotiation at the interview stage.
Being led by solicitors with extensive experience in both litigation and the legal recruitment fields, we are in a position to deliver excellent service levels to clients and candidates alike whilst developing our brand.
